Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on all orders over $150.
- Orders under $150: $15 flat rate worldwide.
Tracking
Every order gets a tracking number within 24 hours of dispatch. You’ll receive it by email. Tracking updates may take 3-5 days to show movement after the package leaves our facility.
Customs & Duties
We ship with discreet packaging — no brand names, no logos, no watch imagery on the exterior. Customs declarations are generic (“stainless steel accessory”). In the rare case customs holds your package, contact us immediately. We have a reshipment policy for seized items.
Returns & Warranty
6-Month Movement Warranty
If your watch stops, loses significant time, or has a mechanical defect within 6 months of delivery, we repair or replace it free of charge. You cover return shipping; we cover the repair and return to you.
Return Policy
- 30-day return window for unused watches in original condition.
- Watch must be unworn, tags intact, box undamaged.
- Refund issued within 5 business days of receiving the return.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Not Covered
- Water damage (our watches are water-resistant, not waterproof for swimming/diving)
- Physical damage from drops or impacts
- Normal wear and tear (scratches on case/bracelet)
- Battery replacement for quartz models
