Are these real watches?

No. These are high-quality replica watches. They are designed to look and feel like the genuine articles but are not produced or authorized by the original brands. We are transparent about this — we sell replicas, not counterfeits passed off as real.

Are your watches waterproof?

Our watches are water-resistant to 50 meters under normal conditions. This means they handle rain, hand washing, and accidental splashes. They are not suitable for swimming, diving, or showering. Water damage is not covered under warranty.

What movement do they use?

Most of our automatic watches use Japanese MIYOTA or Seagull movements. These are reliable, serviceable automatic movements that keep excellent time. We also carry quartz models for specific designs.

How close to the original are they?

Externally: very close. Our watches replicate dimensions, weight, finishing, dial details, and bracelet construction to a high degree. To the casual observer, they’re indistinguishable. Internally: they use standard automatic movements rather than the brand’s proprietary calibers.

Can I get the watch serviced locally?

Yes — any watchmaker who works on automatic watches can service a MIYOTA or Seagull movement. Parts are widely available. We also offer warranty service if you prefer to send it back to us.

How long until my order ships?

Orders ship within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation. You’ll receive tracking within 24 hours of dispatch.

Is the packaging discreet?

Yes. No logos, no brand names, no watch imagery. Plain brown box, generic customs declaration.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT). Payment appears as a neutral business name on your statement.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us within 6 hours of ordering. After that, the order is likely already processed and shipped.

Warranty & Returns

What does the warranty cover?

6-month coverage on mechanical defects: stopped movement, significant time loss, crown issues, date malfunctions. We repair or replace.

How do I return a watch?

Email [email protected] with your order number. We’ll send return instructions. Keep the original packaging. Return shipping is your cost.

My watch arrived damaged. What now?

Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We replace damaged-in-transit watches immediately at no cost to you.
